Emerging trends in software product engineering processes have brought in new approaches/processes for software development. The traditional Waterfall development model with all its limitations is now being slowly replaced with Agile development process across development projects.
We are comfortable with both traditional waterfall model and the new agile processes. We are conversant with using Scrum as an Agile process to manage and control complex software and product development using iterative, incremental practices. The key points of this process are:
| » |
Near-term and realizable goals |
| » |
Short and regular communication/feedback and monitoring |
| » |
Delivery of useable and user-valued software at every milestone |
| » |
Testing begins early |
| |
| Shown below is a picture from the Scrum website that shows the process. |
